The Fall Market continues to build up steam.  In the last 10 days alone, I've put five of my 10 listings under agreement.  That's unprecedented.

Among the homes that went under contract are the two beautiful waterfront properties on Princeton's Snow Pond:  25 Pheasant Hollow Run and 31A Bullard Road.  Each attracted strong offers within the last several days, and if all goes well, will close before year's end.

There are lots of opportunities for prospective buyers to view the available inventory:  more than 500 open homes were open yesterday throughout Massachusetts.  The visitors who stopped by the one I hosted, at 65 Vaughn Hill Road in Bolton, commented that they couldn't stay long because there were so many others they wanted to see.

Speaking of open houses: I will be doing a first-ever open house at 21 South Main Street in Petersham on Saturday, September 22nd, from 11-1.  The sellers just reduced the price of this 18th century colonial on six acres.  I hope you'll come take a look!
